ARCserve r15.0 database disabling 1

I archive each of my session 3 times for redundancy purposes. Is there a way to disable the database recording on a session. When doing a search for something that's been archived, my people always get a return of all 3 drives onto which I've archived. I want them to get a return of only 1. In the older versions of ARCserve there was a toggle in one of the menus that allowed database recording to be disabled. I'm using r15.0.

I remember an option to record Summary data only into the database but not one to totally disable it. Regardless I don't know of way to do it.
