ARCserve r12.0 SP2 and Exchange Backup

Hello, the last days I receibed this message when copies finished and not copy data of exchange server.

Backup Operation Failed.[ERRORS & WARNINGS]3/4/2011 4:04:10 PM E8535 Failed to receive data from the client agent. (ADDRESS=10.0.3.13 (RTSERVER01), EC=10054, COMMAND=0)

I restarted the services, changed the values of registry to know the problem and not solved.

Restart the Universal and Exchange agents.
Check the Exchange Agent logs.
