ARCserve r11.5 No Job-Fetails after SP4

Hello there,

I had some trouble with my old version so i've updated to SP4. Now the manager is working fine again, but I have a new problem.

In the old version I went to the "Job status" and there was a small "+" on the most left of the job. This + extended the job to a subjob-overview where I could see the subjob numbers, information and so on.

Now in the SP4 version the + is gone and I just see the whole job but no subjobs anymore.

Is there any option where I can activate this extended subjob view?

I did not think that changed in SP4, but don't remember for sure.

I doubt it, too... but maybe it was something like a job-convertion-error or stuff like this.

actually I don't need to know why this happened... I just want to know if and how I can activate the subjob-view in the job status.

don't know I only remember that for jobs with sub jobs like when multistream is used.
