Arcserve over writing media with wrong name

HI!
I have arcserve 2000 running on a win2000 server. The tape cycle is 4 weekly. Each tape is named monday week1, tuesday week1 with the weeks changing over the month etc. The problem I am getting now is after every backup the name of the tapes are being over written by "Friday week4"

any suggestions

When you check your job settings, which tape name is shown in the 'destination' view ( where you can specify groupnames and medianames )??

Under Options - Backup Media, make sure
Overwrite Same Media Name, or Blank Media
is selected, and not
Overwrite Same Media Name, or Blank Media, then Any Media.

Tape name in 'destination' view is always the same FRiday week4

Change the tape name in the destination to *
