As a test stop all the ARCserve services and the Manager. (Since no details were given it is unknow under what conditions it closes down.) Move the queu directory out (00000001.qsd) from under the ARCserve home directory. Now try stating up ARCserve, (it will automaticly recreate the queue) and if it stays up there is a corrupt job in the queu. At this point you can open your saved jobs and resubmit them back into the queue.
