arcserve.log errors

Running Arcserve 7.0 Build 1100, SP4 along with patches:
Q019741-Q027941-Q020824-Q035241.

Error 1: AE0016 Unexpected return from FindFirstFile API. Unable to backup files after (FILE=J:WINNT\system32\SET14).

I unchecked this so it would not be backed up and it still pops up as an error.

Error 2:Failed to open file<J:WINNT\system32\Perflib_Perfdata_508.dat>RC=32, The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I unchecked this also so it would not be backed up and it still pops up as an error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
