Taken it that you have followed CA's document 16049 and they were backed up correctly inthe first place, and I am also taking it that you are running Exchange 5.5 with SP3 on NT4 and ArcserveIT 6.61 (edition unknown from your request) with SP2a (if its workgroup or advanced) and SP1 if its Enterprise or ASO), you should be able to simply drill down through the agent in Arcserve manager, then click on the brick level backup, then highlight the required mailbox. From the info you have given it is hard to give you advice, you should have no problems if you followed the doc 16049 and did a brick level backup as well as an Infomation Store backup.
