Arcserve IT 6.61 not backing up registry on Servers 1

When running full backups on all the servers in our Domain, the only registry that is getting backed up is the computer that runs Arcserve. The option 'backup registry key details when entire machine is selected' has been enabled with the server admin program.
Any tips much appreciated!

Not sure if this will help, but I have had strange problems backing up registries before. Even if I had the entire registry selected it would not back it up. Here is what I would do. Unselect the box for the entire registry and click the + sign to expand it, then select all the keys of the registry. I know the end result is the same, but this seem to backup the registry.
