You can go to esupport.ca.com, log in as basic esupport user for no charge (or create an ID if you don't have one), choose Arcserve 2000 from the drop down menu
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Click on "ARCserve 2000 Documentation" (it will ask you to log in).
