Hello,
Using ARCserve9 on Windows.
When we try to restore a folder from a full backup tape
by typing in the exact folder name as the include filter, many folders are restored, not just the one typed in.
Example if d:\data\003\ is requested we get all the folders in data not just what is under the 003 sub folder.
(We have to use the include filter because the tape catalogs are removed after 30 days to save space, and merging the tapes takes to long). I am not the guy actually doing the restore so I don't know exactly what his setting are, he says he types in the folder name exactly as it is shown in the log file.
Does anyone know how to keep ARCserve from restoring unrequested folders when using the include filter?
thanks.
Matt
