We are using ArcServe 6.6 with a single Netware 5 server,it srts at 10:00 pm and usually is done at 4:00 am. The last 3 backups, according to the svr.log, have paused at a few seconds after midnight for 3-6 hours. This happens after the tape is moved to the scratch set. It will then finish successfully but has to be stopped eventually when people start to log on. When allowed to run on a Saturday it went until 3 pm so it appears that after restarting it is very slow.The server has 256 MB RAM. Any help would be appreciated.
