Arcserve for laptops and desktops

i am using Arcserve for laptops and desktops and when we install the client agents we use the domain account option.


i would like to install the service packs onto the users laptops whithout going to each individual latptop and doing the install. how can i do this from the server?

I don't think you can do this via Arcserve, you have to use a tool like SMS or Altiris (software deployment) to achieve what you want to do.
