Arcserve Exchange 2000 Backup problems

Hi All,

I keep getting an error while backing up my exchange database using arcserve 2000 SP3 (with hotfix for application out of memory problem). This error is not explained anywhere, and CA is of no help (ofcourse).

This is the error I get:

Exchange Server Error. HrESEBackupSetup failed. Mount the databases before backup. Check Backup Agent Activity Log
09/25/02 00:23 Backup Agent Error -- (356) "Exchange Server Error. HrESEBackupSetup failed. Mount the databases before backup. Check Backup Agent Activity Log".
09/25/02 00:23 SRS Storage removed from Backup Mode
09/25/02 00:23 MS Exchange Server Message -- Functions called in an invalid sequence.

Any1 has any idea ?

Just check to verify if all the stores you are backing up are mounted...

restart the Backup agent RPC service and try again...
