Arcserve error message

I keep getting a back up failure and the error message is 00015. I tried to find it in the help menu, but could not.<br>

It is telling me there is no tape in the drive when there is a tape in the drive.<br>

Can you tell me what could be wrong?

Do you use a SCSI device?<br>
Tape Library Option?<br>

When you boot up this server is there a message pertaining to the TAPESVR.NLM being out of date. If so update your TAPESVR.NLM<br><br>Have you checked your SCSI setup as this can result in the Tape drive not being read on boot up.<br><br>More info require.<br><br>Does this message present itself when trying to BACKUP ?<br><br>
