ARCserve Error Message HELP!!!!

I get an error Message below when i do file restoring.

E3801 – Invalid Session header Signature. (SIG=00000000)

Please help me on above problem.

Could be a problem with the way the data was written to tape or it could be a database problem.

To test if it is database related do a restore by media.

I would like to ask ARCserve 2000 Advanced Edition v7.0 SP4 is compatible with Windows 2003 Server?

No Arcserve 2000 is not compatible with win2003 you need at least to upgrade to Arcserve 9.01
