Arcserve error E3224: Unable to create Volume Shadow Copy for Dhcp Jet

We're running arcserve 11.1 for small bussines.
When the backup starts, arcserve gives warnings that he can't backup somethings.

Unable to create Volume Shadow Copy for Dhcp Jet Writer. Skip backup...
An unexpected error has occurred. Error Code (0xC0000005). This occurred at address (0x8A6850FF).

The problem started after we installed windows 2003 SP1.

Now i saw in the windows 2003 services that the volume shadow copy service is disabled.

Can someone tell if that is the problem ?

Yes, in SBS shadow copy services are disabled by default - enable them.
