Arcserve E3719 unable to write to media, cartridge not in place

Hello!

I have some problems with Arcserve 11.0.
Some jobs execute clean without problem
while other jobs finish with error E3719
"unable to write to media, cartridge not in place"
Can anyone help!

How old are the tapes? if they have expired they may need to be reformatted or replaced.
