Running Arcserve 6.61 SP2a. I recently experienced some database corruption, and therefore ran dbmgr and reinitialized all of the databases. All seemed to go OK, however now for example if I go to look at a tape that has been merged, view the media pools etc., I see nothing. If I log in as the Arcserve service account, I can see the tape sessions, media pools etc. as before. However if I log in as the regular admin, I see nothing, almost as if it were permissions problem. I checked/applied admin/domain admin perms to the entire arcserve directory with no success. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to view the databases logged in as a regular admin?

Thanks,

Dave

Don't know. I used to use dbmgr a lot but I always used by own account for the ARCserve System Account so I would not have known if this problem happened or not.
