Arcserve Crashes on Exchange Mailbox backup.

I am running Arcserve 6.61 Workgroup Edition (build 834) and also Exchange agent.

Recently I have been experiencing problem when backing up the database, where the job will crash when attempting to backup certain mailboxes, sometimes, it will crash Arcserve itself and I will receive a Dr Watson error. I can exclude these mailboxes and the backup will work fine, but obviously this isn't ideal. This problem also seems to be spreading to other mailboxes.

Any ideas what this could be, any help greatly appreciated

Use ESEUTIL from M$ to check and repair your mailboxes. Please give the full error message, I could help you more then.

Try cleaning up your Arc server Databases with DB manager ion the Arcserver dir.
