ARCserve crash on NT-server 1

Hi,

I just installed ARCserve2000 to our new Compaq proliant ML350 server. When I started AC I got an error message which information was "Failed to save blank document" or something like that. Also the navigation toolbar is empty.

ARCserve crash always when I for example try to create new backup job and DRwatson apppears. What should I do to for this matter ?

This is a common error: just install IE5.x on your server, it's used for the GUI. And then, it will work fine!

Note: you don't have to configure an access to internet, if not needed.
