Arcserve compatablilty from v11.5 to v12.

I currently have Arcserve v11.5 running on my server. I have recently added another server but have installed the agents from the Arcserve v12 cd. Would this cause any issues when trying to log in to the agents from the old v11.5 server to the new v12 server??

I am receiving the "Failed to login to the agent" error message. I am still looking into the configuration side of things just in case...

Generally agents are BACKWARD compatible, but you'll not be able to use newer versions of agents with an older server version - it is almost certainly why you are getting errors.
