arcserve btrieve database agent evaluation expired need full product

HI,<br>
Could anyone please tell me the correct product code for the full database agent for btrieve running with netware, the code I have is N3-AS40-BB11.This is not the full product, it expires after 60 days, there is no activation key option and it is just 1 x floppy disk. The agent is a Computer Associates product.<br>
