ARCserve backup & ARCserve Exchange backup to same tape?

Is it possible to run an ARCserve backup and follow it with an Exchange backup to the same tape?

This is an issue as we only have one tapedrive and want to run both backups unattended overnight.

I don't have the answer, but I would suggest trying to format your tape, we'll call it "ABC", and then set both jobs to use "ABC" media.

This shouldn't be a problem. Use the 'overwrite' options for the first backup and the 'append' (default) option for the next.
