arcserve and exchange 5.5

One of my sites is using Arcserve 11.1 to backup Exchange 5.5 server. For some reason, when I open the Exchange admin program and look at mailbox resources on that server, the name of the account used by Arcserve appears as the last user of all the mailboxes. I have never seen that behavior from a backup program on any of our other servers. What can I do to prevent Arcserve from changing that information? I usually use that view to find mailboxes that have been unused for a long time. I cannot do that with that server now.

You usually get that if you are doing brick level backup.

The agent logs onto each mailbox in turn using MAPI which is why it appears as the last user.

You can also have this with some anti-virus products as well.
