I'm using Arcserve 9.01 with netware 6.5 and last week the database has problems because of the size so i created a new one. After that my job does not create the media pool gfs, just default. Can someone help me?

From someone I know who knows more about NetWare.

The problem here is the database stored the pool and the client overwrote it with a blank so the pools are gone. Providing he used the correct process to overwrite the database in the 1st place, I would suggest just making a new job with the old pool name and the pool will be recreated. The client assumed that the job would create the pools but the pools are created when the job is made. Then he can put the tapes into the pools after putting each tape into the drive at least once to inventory the tapes to they are in the database.
