Hi,
We just upgraded a couple servers from 6.5 Enterprise to Arcserve 9 and using the Client agent for Netware. The Netware servers are version 5.1w/SP2 and Backup hardware is all new compaq proliants with internal SDLT 160's. After a few slight issues, our backup jobs are running well (and mighty fast now). The issue is when trying to do a restore, and browsing the session info in Restore manager... The directories are NOT the same structure as they appear on the live server. There are directories that are supposed to be on the root of the netware volume that now appear as subfolders in the session tree. I do recall seeing this on one of my servers that we were backing up on arcserve 6.5 w/client agent, but Im wondering if this is a recurring CA issue, and does anyone know why this happens?
Thanks!
Larry
