ARCServe 9 and DLT VS160 ( NetWare 6.5 )

Hello,
I have very big problem. Need help!

server: DELL PE 4600
backup: DLT VS160 80/160GB
ARCserve: v 9.01 for NetWare
OS: NetWare 6.5 SP1

When I try use ARCServe for backup I cant use media. When I try do format or erase, show "ILLEGAL COMMAND". But when I do TEST, that works (TEST complete ok). When I try use for backup Novell SBACKUP, it working fine (format, erase, backup).

Help me please, I NEED DO BACKUP of server.

That does not seem to show enough, can you turn the debug up on the console to a higher leve and run the command again, to get a more verbose log...

Do you have any of the following running on the Netware Server :

NWASPI.CDM, NWTAPE.CDM, SCSI2TP.CDM, DLTTAPE.CDM

if so, unload them and try again
