Arcserve 7 on RH Linux 7.2

Hi All,
I've installed ARCserve 7 on RH linux 7.2 and am using HP surestore DLT 8000 drive.
When I'm trying to start ARCserve using "astart" I'm getting the following error.
"/opt/ARCserve/sbin/ascommd: error while loading shared libraries: libasms.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
i'd really appreciate if any of u gurus can guide me out of this issue as I'm a newbie to ARCserve 7.
