Arcserve 7 - Mounting Tape Magazine for a tape library

Hi

I am running Arcserve 7 on Netware 6, using the Tape Library option.

I dismounted the tape magazine as it appears to have failed to recognise some of the tapes in the slots - on the screen it displays - updating. However I am now unable to mount the magazine again - gives a failure error.

Any suggestions?????

Make sure you haven't run campwad drivers as well as the nwaspi drivers. It's either one or the other. preferrably campwad.

check asconfig.ini and other coinfig files
