Arcserve 7 error message

Hi, there:

I am using Arcserve7 on my NT4 box. Today when I log in, this backup server give me an error message " The wrong volume is in the drive. Please insert volume AS2000AEEU into drive E " I try to reboot the machine ( Ctrl+Alt+Del) no response. Please help!
