Arcserve 7 - Backup 2 partitions: one slow, one fast! ???

I'm running Arcserve 7 on Netware 6sp2 and am backing up an NT4 server (via Arcserve NT agent) that has a hard drive with 2 partitions: c: & d:

When I back up the c drive, I get 80Kb/Min, when I backup the d drive I get 33Kb/Min.

I can't figure out why its so much slower! Any ideas!?
