Arcserve 7 and HP LTO1/9 Ultrium Library

Hi there,

i have a hp LTO 1/9 Ultrium Library which doesn´t work
with AS7. When the changer.nlm initializes the lto library
it only says "Changer Device 0: inventoring tapes..." -
and this message stays forever.
I run arcserve "out of the box" with the tlo
and i tried a fully patched arcserve, but nothing happens.

Any idea ???
