Arcserve 6 with Novell 5.5 problem, any solutions?

I was looking for answer to a problem I am getting with novell 5.5 and arcserve 6 and I came across this forum with an identical query.

Query:

'We have Arcserve 6 on Novell 5.5. The Backup log show says back completed and that it backup all fiels, When I look on the backup screen while it is in progress it show that Arceserve backup everything but when I'm doing restore I don't see all my server files and folders I only see 3 folders.
Any one has any idea how to solve the problem?'

Has any solved this problem or know why is occurs and how to get around it?

As a start, Novell 5.5 ???? What is that? What version of NetWare are you running 'cause it isn't 5.5. Do you mean Groupwise or something like that? -----------------------------------------------------
