ArcServe 6 scheduled backup failing 1

We are using ArcServe 6.6 on a NetWare 5 server. The daily scheduled backup job fails to find the correct serial number from the pool. If we give it the tape it requests for a particular day, it will fail because it wants a different one. The backup can be started manually and will run fine but we can't seem to get the library back in the correct order. All tapes have been reformatted and named Full_1 with a unique serial number. Any help in getting the medial pool back in order would be appreciated.
 
If you are using AutoPilot, let it name your tapes. When re-using tapes I format then use Quick Erase Plus (destoys tape label & serial number). Arcserve seems to like Blank tapes better. Also check for any patches/service packs relating to the library.
