Arcserve 6 on Novell 5.5 do'nt show all files on restore

We have Arcserve 6 on Novell 5.5. The Backup log show says back completed and that it backup all fiels, When I look on the backup screen while it is in progress it show that Arceserve backup everything but when I'm doing restore I don't see all my server files and folders I only see 3 folders.
Any one has any idea how to solve the problem?

What version of NetWare is it? There is no such thing as Novell 5.5. Do you mean another Novell product like Groupwise or something? -----------------------------------------------------

You mean Novell Groupwise 5.5? No such product as NetWare 5.5. Either NetWare 5.0 or NetWare 5.1.

Groupwise 5.5 would not have anything to do with your issue here. I would suggest merging the tape back into the database just to see whether everything can be seen then. Sounds like a typical BTrieve problem whereby the contents of the tape are not being properly written to the Arcserve database. -----------------------------------------------------
