I'm responsible for documenting the results of backups on about 14 servers. Is there anyway to automate collection of the summary information? Currently I manually collect data size, elapsed time, throughput, #directories, #files, compression, end time and enter it in a spread sheet. As you can see this is quite time consuming. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use Alert to e-mail you a copy of the Job Log. It is listed as Attach Trouble Ticket (if memory serves correct). At least then you don't have to go collecting the data from each system.
Nothing I know of will import it into a spreadsheet. It could probably be scripted, but I'm not enough of a programer to guide you in that.
