Arcserve 6.61 Compatibility with Win2K

Just wondering if anyone knows if you can use Arcserve 6.61 and the Exchange Agent installed on a Windows NT4 server within an Active Directory?

If you are talking Exchange and AD you are most likely using Exchange 2000.

ARCserve 6.61 does not support Windows 2000 or Exchange 2000.

I have a Windows NT4 server with Exchange 5.5 and AS 6.61 with the Exchange Agent as a memeber of an AD domain.

How is the Exchange agent a member of a domain?

Let me re-phrase that. I have a Windows NT4 Member Server, LOADED with Exchange 5.5, as6.61 and the exchange back up option. The member server is a member of an AD domain?

I guess that should work. All of the user mailboxes for Exchange 5.5 are in the server itself, unlike Exchange 2000, which stores some Exchange information in AD. You should test your backup and restore to make sure that it works.
