Arcserve 6.61 Changing Tape Units

We will be changing from a Quantum DLT tape library unit to a Compaq DLT TL891 unit. How difficult will this be? Would it be as simple as running the device configurator and rebooting or do you think I might need to reinstall Arcserve?

Just a fresh bounce of the tape engine (done anyway with device configuration), after install and reboot make sure no NT drivers are loaded for the new device, make sure you haven't thrown anything else onto the SCSI as well as the TL891 may conflict or slow down (common when people throw a CD-rom on there), do not load any compaq library tools or agents and.....
