Arcserve 6.61 can't see 2nd DLT in library

I really hope you guys can help me with this one - I think this'll take a while!

Installed second 35/70 DLT to Compaq TL891 library (making it a TL892. Arcserve still sees it as a TL891 and only has one drive showing when you click on the detail tab. Using Compaq's media robot utility, two drives are displayed, so I think I'm fairly certain it's an Arcserve problem. Have tried device configuration which only shows one drive. Using device wizard the next button is greyed our when selecting anything.

I know arcserve 6.61 will work with a TL892 - I just don't know how! Help me please.

I work with a Storageteck library, and we had to buy a new module of arcserver (Library option) to manage 2 dlt´s in the library (with one it did work ok, but when we put the second, ArcServer manager showed a alarm message that we haven´t the library option module, and then, we didn´t made nothing).

With this module all works well (I don´t know if this module exist for ArcServer 6.61. We have to update to ArcServer 2000)

Sorry, should have mentioned - I am already using the tape library option.

I think this is a scsi issue - something to do with the jumper leads at the back of the TL891. Anyone had experience of this before?
