ARCSERVE 6.6

I am Arcserve 6.6 enterprise E. in a Novell server 5.1 sp3
and i am trying to backup another server from here.(Novell 4.11)

in Server Novell 4.11 I load the modules
tsa410.nlm v.4.15 8/23/99
tsands.nlm v.4.14 3/11/98
AND i DON'T HAVE CONECTION'S LIMITED

If a make a Backup to server where Arcserve is installed(novell 5.1) I don't have any problem but when I try to backup the another server (novell 4.11) I get an error
E3034 FAILED TO GET CONECTION ##'S
