I am running Netware 5 and Arcserve 6.6 sp4, backing up (3) servers and a Win98 workstation. About (3) weeks ago, one of the (9) disk drives went out in one of the servers, causing the Raid5 array to kick in. After replacing the drive and rebuilding the volumes, I get a "tape full" error every night trying to do a full backup, even though I'm backing up about the same 26 +/- gigs of data I had been before the incident. I have tried re-installing Arcserve, using new tapes, new tape names and new databases. I even upgraded all my Dell firmware on the servers, all to no avail. And, as everyone knows, Arcserve tech help is absolutely useless. Is there something else I can try?
