Arcserve 6.5 & ultrium 215

Hi,

Changed DLT40 drive to ultrium 215 in server. I'm Using Arcserve 6.5, version on NT4 Sp6a.

Problems:
1) If new tape not formatted backup says that it cannot find the tape and quits

2) Backup goes OK if tape formatted, also logs shows good. Restore works Ok from the 1st session. When second session is asked it cannot be located. Still all backups fits on one tape...

I have looked for compatibility without succes... So is 6.5 compatible with Ultrium drive?

ARCserve 6.5 does not support the DDS-4, SDLT and LTO/Ultrium technologies.
