Lately we have just upgraded the client agent for exchange and started doing a brick level instead of just the information store. Our problem is that when we went to modify the original backup job, ArcServe would just kill itself. I have looked in the event viewer and have found this: "The description for Event ID(37) in source(MSExchangeDSExp) couild not be found. It contains the following insertion string(s) C:\temp\tes1ad.tmp" Can anybody help me solve this issue. I have updated the Exchange agent to the latest and greatest and still get the error. Thanks for the help
