I am running Arcserve 2000 on a win2k server, doing local bkups. This is the file/print sharing server. About 85% of my user folders backup just fine, but the rest of them fail due to a sharing violation error. These folders have the same rights assigned to them as the rest. Also, it is the same folders that have this problem every night. I am doing a daily full backup. Anybody else have this problem/solution?

Install backup agent for open files to backup the open
files. Also check if the files are in use by any user during the backups.

I ended up going through all the areas that had a user name and password, and plugged in the proper account. Now it works fine, but still has trouble backing up a few of the mail boxes. Here is the error I get. "Failed to open information store" This is on a very small percentage of the mailboxes I host.
