arcserve 2000 workgroup edition with a linux client agent ???

is it possible to use the arcsere 2000 workgroup edition with a arcserve universal client agent for linux ????
the support says yes, but i can't add the client agent to the agent list.
if possible what's the way to do this ??

This cannot be done, you have to use an ARCserve 2000 Advanced Edition to get this working ( the Workgroup Edition is designed purely as a single server product )
In ARCserve v9 there is no distinction between single and multi server versions anymore.
