I have a customer running Arcserve 2000 Workgroup Edition on Windows NT Server, with all latest patches installed. The backup job seems to be working however reports incomplete. I see the following error in the activity log. I have searched around, but cannot find how to rectify this. I have NEtwork Associates AV on this server. Is this related to that product, or does Arcserve have it's own Virus definitions. Would appreaciate any advise here.
