Hi Everyone,

When running Backup, I can't see any Network drives just local drives.

I have another server running Arcserve and network drives can be backed up.

Best Regards,

Andrew.

What drives are you looking for? If the backup is for the server Arcserve is loaded on, they ARE local drives. Are you trying to backup a different server? If so, if you have a single server version, you won't see anything else.

Cheers,

Mark ;-)

We have the same version of Arcserve running on both servers, only one of them can we see network drives - from other servers.

Thanks,

Andrew.

Can you see network drives in the system.
The view of network drives in ARCserve will genered for the Computer Browser service. So is this service running?

Some Question.
