Hi

I have Arcserve 2000 (SP2)installed in a Windows 2000 (SP1) Advanced server. It is connected to a Compaq DLT 7000 (besides 2 other tape drives which works fine). I am able to see this tape drive in the Windows "Device Manager" as "Quantum DLT'00 SCSI Sequencial Drive". Arcserve recognises this drive as "COM@AA 3%/'0GB DLT DRV" Arcserve shows the firmware as "2"5%" even though actually it should be 2255.

When I give a backup job, it fails and gives me an error "W6910 The Tape Drive has a poblem with the host interface."

I have changed several SCSI Cards but all behaves the same.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me out in this.

Thanks in Advance.
