Arcserve 2000 - Win2k - Exchange 2k - restore to a different location

I am trying to restore my Exchange information store to a different server/directory. I have seen conflicting references saying this is possible, some saying it's not. the backup was created using the Arcserve Exchange agent. I want to restore to a different server so I can run OnTrack utilities against the raw EDB files. I keep seeing an error "E3022 No valid destination."

I am using Arcserve 2000 in a Win2K environment.

Any Help would be helpful.
