Hi, Can those who have upgraded from 2000 to 9 please tell me what they think of 9 and whether i should bother upgrading...
 
Yes you should since CA drooping support on Dec 2003 after few months and this lead to no more development.

Arcserve 2000 does't support win2003 & exchange 2003 ,in this way CA want to force users to move to Arcserve 9.0 and also CA already announces arcserve 10.0 the beta version.

 
I thought arcserve 2000 was still beta... :)
Do you happen to know what the life expectancy of support is for arc 9/?
